FLEXIMOTO's OEM & ODM service supplies custom-branded motorcycle wheels and performance parts to brands, dealers, distributors and custom shops. The Problem

Why Do Brands and Dealers Struggle with Wheel Sourcing?

Most B2B buyers hit the same four walls when sourcing custom wheels. The OEM/ODM service is built to remove each one.

High MOQ walls

Suppliers demand large volume commitments before you can even test the product. FLEXIMOTO starts from a single branded sample set — validate quality first, scale second.

No brand identity

Generic catalog wheels make your lineup look like everyone else's. Engraved logos, custom spoke designs and custom finishes put your brand on the product — not ours.

Design and IP risk

Sharing drawings with an unknown supplier feels dangerous. An NDA is available on request before any project details are exchanged.

Unpredictable delivery

Vague lead times wreck inventory planning. FLEXIMOTO quotes within 48 hours, runs a typical ~30-day production schedule from contract effect, and provides tracking to your door.

What's the Difference Between OEM and ODM?

Both routes end with wheels sold under your brand. The difference is where the design starts.

What You Get

A Wheel Line That Belongs to Your Brand

Every OEM/ODM project is built to order across four dimensions of customization:

Dimensions — diameters, widths and fitment specs matched to your target models.
Finishes — anodizing and other surface options chosen for your market positioning.
Spoke designs — your own patterns, or designs developed together from the spec catalog.
Branding — engraved logos and product marking, so the wheel your customer unboxes carries your name.

A downloadable spec catalog is available on request to shortcut the ODM route, and beyond wheels the same service covers suspension, CNC billet parts and titanium hardware — including prototype development for one-off components and complete custom project support.

Process

How Does the OEM/ODM Process Work?

Six transparent steps from first drawing to delivered stock. You approve the 3D renderings before anything is produced — no surprises on the finished product.

STEP 1

3D Renderings

Share your drawings (OEM) or requirements (ODM). You review and sign off on 3D renderings of the exact wheel — design, dimensions, finish and logo placement.

STEP 2

Production

Your wheelset is produced to the approved specification. Typical lead time is ~30 days from contract effect, confirmed per project.

STEP 3

Testing

Finished wheels are tested under ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 quality systems before release. JWL/DOT market certification is arranged by the buyer, with documentation support from FLEXIMOTO.

STEP 4

Packing

Export-grade packaging, labeled to your requirements, protects every wheelset for international freight.

STEP 5

Customs Clearance

Export documentation and customs clearance are handled for you at origin.

STEP 6

FAQ

OEM & ODM Service — Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between OEM and ODM motorcycle wheels?

OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) means FLEXIMOTO produces wheels to your existing design and specification, under your brand. ODM (Original Design Manufacturing) means FLEXIMOTO develops the design with you — starting from your requirements or our spec catalog — and supplies the finished wheels under your branding. Both routes include 3D rendering sign-off before production.

What is the minimum order for private-label wheels?

FLEXIMOTO works with single sample sets as well as bulk production runs. Many partners start with one branded sample set to validate quality and fitment, then scale to volume orders under the same specification.

How long does an OEM/ODM order take?

Typical lead time is around 30 days from the date the contract takes effect, confirmed per project. The quote itself arrives within 48 hours of your request, and every order ships with logistics tracking.

Can you produce wheels with our logo and branding?

Yes. Engraved logos, custom finishes including anodizing, custom spoke designs and custom dimensions are all part of the service. Your branding appears on the product you sell — not ours.

How is our design protected?

An NDA is available on request before any drawings or project details are exchanged. Your designs and specifications are used only for your project.

What are the payment terms and certifications?

T/T is the standard payment method; PayPal is accepted for sample orders with an additional handling fee. Production runs under ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 quality systems, and market certifications such as JWL or DOT are arranged by the buyer for their target market with FLEXIMOTO's documentation support.
