Custom Honda Motorcycle Wheels — From Fireblade to X-ADV
No brand spans more segments than Honda — supersports, naked bikes, adventure machines and the scooters that move whole cities. FLEXIMOTO supplies custom wheels across all of them: forged 6061-T6 for CBR and CB performance builds, laced construction for Africa Twin adventure work, and volume-ready options for the scooter family. Every fitment is confirmed per model in 3D before production.

What Gets Confirmed on a Honda Fitment?
Four segments means four different sets of interfaces. These six items are engineered and locked at the 3D rendering stage for your exact model:
Axle & hub interface
Axle diameters, bearing seats and hub geometry specified per model and year — a Fireblade and a Forza share a badge, nothing else.
Cush drive & sprocket carrier
On chain-driven models the rear hub is built around your cush drive and sprocket carrier, keeping driveline snatch damping exactly as Honda intended.
Rotor mounting
Bolt pattern and offset matched to your calipers — dual-disc supersport fronts included.
ABS sensor provision
Sensor ring accommodation built into the spec so factory ABS and traction systems keep reading correctly.
Adventure tube/tubeless
Traditional laced Africa Twin builds run tubes; tubeless requirements are assessed per project before quoting — no surprises at tire fitting.
Scooter hub & drive interfaces
X-ADV, Forza and PCX platforms use their own hub and final-drive arrangements — specified per model, same as any motorcycle project.

Three Constructions, One Honda Program
Forged 6061-T6 Aluminum
For Fireblade, CBR and CB builds — and premium X-ADV projects — where strength-to-weight is the whole point.

How Fitment Is Guaranteed
Whether it's one Fireblade track set or five hundred scooter wheelsets, the process is the same:
1. Send your model and year plus target sizes, tires and finish direction. 2. 3D renderings — axle, cush drive, rotors, ABS and clearances engineered for your bike and shown for sign-off. 3. Production to the approved spec. 4. Testing under ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 quality systems. 5. Export packing and customs clearance. 6. Tracked shipping to your destination — typical lead ~30 days from contract effect.
The risk sits with the process, not with you
Nothing is produced until you approve the rendering. Every custom wheel carries a warranty, single sample sets are welcome before volume, and an NDA is available for program designs. Payment by T/T; PayPal accepted on sample orders (handling fee applies).
Honda Wheels — Frequently Asked Questions
Which Honda models can you build wheels for?
Wheels are quoted across the Honda range — CBR supersports including CBR1000RR-R, CBR600RR, CBR650R, CBR500R and CBR300R; CB naked models; Africa Twin, Transalp and other adventure platforms; and the X-ADV, Forza, ADV and PCX scooter family. Fitment for your exact model and year is confirmed via 3D rendering before production.
Should I choose forged or laced wheels for a Honda?
Match the construction to the platform. Forged 6061-T6 aluminum is the pick for CBR and CB performance builds and premium X-ADV projects, where rotating mass matters. Laced wheels with 7-series rims and stainless spokes are the working choice for Africa Twin and adventure use. For scooter volume programs, cast A356.1 offers the best batch economics.
Do you build wheels for the Honda X-ADV and scooters?
Yes — the X-ADV 750 is one of the most requested Honda platforms, and a delivered X-ADV forged wheelset is shown on this page. Forza, ADV350 and PCX projects are quoted the same way: send the model, and the fitment is confirmed per project.
Will custom wheels work with my Honda's cush drive and ABS?
Yes. On chain-driven Hondas the rear hub is specified around the cush drive and sprocket carrier for your model, and ABS sensor ring provision is built into the wheel specification — both are confirmed as part of the 3D rendering you approve before production.
What is the minimum order, lead time and warranty?
A single sample set or dealer volume — both are supported. Quotes arrive within 48 hours; typical lead time is around 30 days from contract effect, confirmed per project. Every custom wheel is covered by warranty, with production under ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 quality systems and JWL/DOT certification arranged by the buyer with documentation support.
