How Does the OEM/ODM Process Work?
Six transparent steps from first drawing to delivered stock. You approve the 3D drawing before anything is produced — no surprises on the finished product.
3D Drawing
Share your drawings (OEM) or requirements (ODM). You review and sign off on a 3D drawing of the exact wheel — design, dimensions, finish and logo placement.
Production
Your wheelset is produced to the approved drawing — typically 25–30 days after approval, confirmed per project. New cast molds add about 2 months, including sample approval.
Inspection
Finished wheels are checked against the approved drawing and photographed for your approval before release. If your market requires certification, it is confirmed per project at the quote stage.
Packing
Film, foam and export cartons, labeled to your requirements, protect every wheelset; the packed order is photographed before pickup.
Customs Clearance
Export clearance in China and import clearance in your country are handled for you.

What is the difference between OEM and ODM motorcycle wheels?
OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) means FLEXIMOTO produces wheels to your existing design and specification, under your brand. ODM (Original Design Manufacturing) means FLEXIMOTO develops the design with you — starting from your requirements or our existing designs — and supplies the finished wheels under your branding. Both routes include 3D drawing sign-off before production.
What is the minimum order for private-label wheels?
One set. You can start with one branded sample set to validate quality and fitment, then scale to volume orders under the same specification.
How long does an OEM/ODM order take?
Production typically takes 25–30 days after you approve the final 3D drawing, confirmed per project. A new cast design needs a mold, which adds about 2 months for mold development and sample approval. Quotes are sent within 48 working hours once your details are complete, and every order ships with tracking.
Can you produce wheels with our logo and branding?
Yes. Engraved logos, custom finishes including anodizing, custom spoke designs and custom dimensions are all part of the service. Your branding appears on the product you sell — not ours.
How is our design protected?
An NDA is available on request before any drawings or project details are exchanged. Your designs and specifications are used only for your project.
What are the payment terms, warranty and certifications?
T/T is the standard payment method; PayPal is accepted for sample orders with an additional handling fee. Every custom wheel carries a 3-year structural warranty and a 1-year finish warranty; damage from accidents, improper installation, misuse or modification is excluded. Certification and test documentation varies by product line — if your market requires certificates such as JWL or DOT, state it in your quote request and we will confirm what is available for your project.
