Why Spec Suspension and Wheels Together?
Forks and shocks meet the wheels at the axle and the brakes, and they set the ride height the new wheels and tyres sit at. Specifying both with one supplier means the numbers are checked against each other before anything is made.
Front axle and spacers
Fork axle diameter, fork leg spacing and wheel spacer lengths have to agree with the front hub. One supplier, one set of numbers.
Brake caliper mounting
Rotor size and offset on the wheel decide where the calipers sit on the fork legs. Both are drawn to the same spec.
Ride height and tyre size
A different wheel diameter or tyre profile changes ride height. Fork length and shock eye-to-eye length can be specified to suit the new wheels.
Rear end and swingarm

Do I need drawings to order custom suspension?
Yes. Shocks and forks are made to your drawing or a detailed specification. A sample is produced first, you fit, check and ride it on your bike, and production starts only after you approve it.
Do you take small or one-off suspension orders?
The work is mainly brand and OEM programs. Small and one-off orders are considered case by case when complete drawings are available. MOQ and lead time are confirmed in your quote.
Can the forks be matched to my new wheels?
Yes, if you order them together. Fork axle diameter, spacers and caliper mounting are specified against the front wheel's hub and rotor, and fork and shock lengths can suit a new wheel or tyre size.
Can I see the suspension before it ships?
Yes. Finished units are photographed and sent for your approval before dispatch, the same as wheels.
Will the anodized colour match my wheels?
You can specify the same colour, but wheels and suspension are finished in separate batches, so an exact match is not guaranteed. If a close match matters, say so in your request and check the finished photos before dispatch.
Do you make swingarms?
Yes — swingarms are made by our CNC partner factory in 6061-T6 aluminum and are covered on the CNC motorcycle parts page.
