FLEXIMOTO Customer Reviews: Real Feedback from Real Wheel Orders

Most supplier testimonial pages are re-typed sentences you cannot verify. These FLEXIMOTO customer reviews are 15 screenshots of the actual emails and chats — design approvals, CNC production updates, delivery confirmations, and the two orders where something went wrong. Buyers in the United States, Germany, Australia and Malaysia, on Yamaha, Kawasaki, Triumph, Indian and Honda builds.

What you are looking at, and how to read it

A customer review is only useful if you can tell it was not written by the supplier. Every item below is an unedited screenshot of a real message from a FLEXIMOTO buyer, published with their permission. Customer names, company names, email addresses, phone numbers and order references have been removed — nothing else has been altered, re-typed or reconstructed.

The screenshots are grouped by where they sit in the order, not by how positive they are, because that is the sequence a new buyer actually worries about: will the design be right, will I hear from you during production, will the wheels arrive and fit, and what happens when something goes wrong.

Two of the fifteen screenshots below show problems, not praise. One is a fitment mismatch on a custom build; one is a shipment held for customs inspection for roughly half a month. They are on this page on purpose — how a supplier behaves on a bad order tells you more than five thank-you emails.
Stage 1 of 4

Design approval before any metal is cut

The FLEXIMOTO process starts with a 3D rendering. Production does not begin until you have seen the design, the sizes and the finish, and said yes in writing. That is the point at which a colour change or a spoke-count change costs nothing.

US customer approving the 3D rendering for 2022 Yamaha R7 custom forged wheels and confirming a white finish
United States · 2022 Yamaha R7 · Forged

Rendering approved, finish changed before production

"Yes, please proceed. But I do want both sets to be white."

The buyer used the rendering stage to change the finish on both sets. No tooling had been touched, so the change cost nothing.

Australian customer approving the 3D render for Triumph Speed Triple 1200 custom forged wheels in titanium anodized finish
Australia · Triumph Speed Triple 1200 · Forged

Sizes, weights and finish confirmed on the render sheet

"It's okay, no need for it! Please proceed as renders show."

The render sheet sent for approval listed front 17×3.5 at 3.4 kg, rear 17×6.0 at 4.0 kg, titanium anodized, as a matching front-and-rear set.

Stage 2 of 4

You see the wheels being made, not a silence

The gap between paying a deposit and receiving goods is where most overseas buyers lose confidence. These are the progress messages sent during that gap — CNC machining video, finished-wheel photos for checking, and a wheel runout test record handed over before the balance was requested.

Germany · Forged · Technical review

Runout test record answered a technical question

"Great. Thanks for response. I am looking forward to the wheels. I send you the second part of the money today."

The buyer asked directly about concentricity and run tolerance. A completed wheel runout test record for that order was sent back, and the balance followed.

Stage 3 of 4

Delivered, fitted, and re-ordered

The only review that fully counts is the one written after the wheels are on the bike. These are the messages that came back after delivery — including one buyer who went straight on to ask about more models and colours.

United States · Sport bike · Repeat order

"Fit perfectly" — and a second order in the same message

"I got the wheels today. They look great and fit perfectly. You have been a pleasure to work with. I'll be in touch soon with more orders."

The same message asked which other colours and which other sport bike models the design could be produced for.

"I got them yesterday! They look really good....Thank you again for your professionalism and follow up."

Yamaha R7 · Forged · After a delayed delivery

Thanked after a delay, not in spite of it

"Thank you. You have been a pleasure working with."

This message closed an order that was held at customs for roughly half a month. The detail of that case is in the next section.

Stage 4 of 4

What happens when something goes wrong?

Custom wheels are built to a specific bike, and bikes get modified before the wheels arrive. Freight gets inspected. Both happened on the orders below, and both screenshots are published unedited — including the parts that are not flattering.

WhatsApp conversation showing FLEXIMOTO helping a customer diagnose a wheel fitment issue on a ZX-10R build
Custom build · Fitment investigation

A fitment problem traced to the bike, not the wheel

"To be honest, this is one of the biggest challenges with custom products. Every setup needs real hands-on experience to get everything right."

The customer measured hub diameters against OEM specification and photographed the results. Working through it together, the cause turned out to be an incorrect upper clamp acquired separately for the front end. FLEXIMOTO stayed in the conversation until the cause was found and a solution agreed — no blame, no disappearing.

Customer email thanking FLEXIMOTO after proactive shipping and customs updates during a customs inspection delay
Yamaha R7 · Air freight · Customs inspection

Half a month stuck in customs, updated the whole way

The shipment was held for customs inspection at the destination airport. FLEXIMOTO called the shipping agent, reported honestly that the hold was outside its control, committed to checking again the following week, and kept the buyer informed until release. The buyer's closing line — "You have been a pleasure working with" — was written after that delay, not before it.

Questions buyers ask about these reviews

Are the customer reviews on this page real?

Yes. Every item is a screenshot of an actual email, WhatsApp or WeChat message from a FLEXIMOTO buyer, published with permission. Names, company details, phone numbers and order references are removed to protect customer privacy. Nothing is re-typed, re-worded or reconstructed.

Can I see my motorcycle wheels before they are shipped?

Yes. The FLEXIMOTO process is 3D rendering, production, testing, packing, customs clearance and shipping. Production only starts after you approve the 3D rendering, and finished photos or video are sent for your check before dispatch. Order tracking is provided after shipping.

What happens if a custom wheel does not fit?

Fitment is worked through together with the buyer. In the documented case on this page, the customer measured hub diameters against OEM specification and FLEXIMOTO stayed in the conversation until the cause was identified and a solution agreed. A warranty is offered on all custom wheels.

What happens if my shipment is delayed at customs?

Shipping status is checked with the forwarder and customs progress is monitored after dispatch. In the documented case on this page, a shipment was held for customs inspection and the buyer received continued updates until the goods were released and delivered.

How long does a custom motorcycle wheel quote take?
