Fitment Notes

What Gets Confirmed on a Triumph Fitment?

Six items are engineered and locked at the 3D drawing stage for your exact model:

Axle & hub interface

Axle diameters, bearing seats and hub geometry specified per model and year — Hinckley's platforms evolve quickly, so nothing is assumed.

Cush drive & chain line

On the chain-driven Speed Triple and Street Triple, rear hubs are built around your model's cush drive and sprocket carrier, with chain line verified before production.

Rotor mounting

Bolt pattern and offset matched to your calipers — dual-disc performance fronts included.

ABS sensor provision

Sensor ring accommodation built into the spec so ABS and cornering systems keep reading correctly.

Rocket 3 shaft-drive rear

The Rocket 3 drives through a shaft — its 16×7.5 rear is engineered around the final-drive hub interface for your model and year, not adapted to it.

Weight targets

Weights depend on size and design. The delivered Speed Triple 1200 set is the reference; your project's weights are confirmed with the 3D drawing and quote.

Fitment Process

How Fitment Is Guaranteed

Every Triumph project — including the Speed Triple set above — follows the same six steps:

1. Send your model and year plus target sizes, tires and finish direction. 2. 3D drawing — every interface engineered for your bike and shown for your sign-off. 3. Production to the approved drawing — typically 25–30 days after approval. 4. Inspection — finished wheels are checked against the approved drawing and photographed for your approval before release. 5. Export packing and customs — export clearance in China and import clearance in your country handled for you. 6. Tracked shipping to your destination.

The risk sits with the process, not with you

Nothing is produced until you approve the 3D drawing. Every custom wheel carries a 3-year structural warranty and a 1-year finish warranty, single sets are welcome before volume, and an NDA is available for program designs. Payment by T/T; PayPal accepted on sample orders (handling fee applies). See documented customer orders.

FAQ

Triumph Wheels — Frequently Asked Questions

Which Triumph models can you build wheels for?

We build for the Speed Triple 1200 (a delivered project is shown on this page), the Street Triple 765 and the Rocket 3. Standard front and rear sizes for each are listed on this page, and fitment for your exact model and year is confirmed on a 3D drawing you approve before production.

How heavy are your forged Triumph wheels?

As a delivered reference: a Speed Triple 1200 forged 6061-T6 wheelset came in at 3.4 kg for the 17×3.5 front and 4.0 kg for the 17×6.0 rear, in titanium anodized finish. Your project's weights depend on sizes and design, and are confirmed with the 3D drawing and quote.

Can you build wheels for the Triumph Rocket 3?

Yes. We build the Rocket 3 at 17×3.5 front and 16×7.5 rear in forged 6061-T6. Because the Rocket 3 is shaft-driven, the rear wheel is engineered around the final-drive hub interface for your model and year and confirmed on the 3D drawing before production.

Will custom wheels work with my Triumph's cush drive and ABS?

Yes. On the chain-driven Speed Triple and Street Triple the rear hub is specified around your model's cush drive and sprocket carrier, and ABS sensor ring provision is built into the wheel specification — both confirmed on the 3D drawing you approve before production.

What is the minimum order, lead time and warranty?

One set is the minimum, and dealer volume is supported. Production typically takes 25–30 days after you approve the final 3D drawing, confirmed per project; quotes are sent within 48 working hours once your details are complete. Every custom wheel carries a 3-year structural warranty and a 1-year finish warranty; damage from accidents, improper installation, misuse or modification is excluded. If your market requires certification such as JWL or DOT, state it in your quote request and we will confirm what is available for your project.
