Does FLEXIMOTO make the motorcycle parts itself?
Custom wheels are FLEXIMOTO's core product. Suspension, CNC parts and swingarms, and titanium hardware are made by vetted specialist partner factories and coordinated by FLEXIMOTO, so you deal with one contact and receive one quote for wheels and parts.
Can parts ship together with my wheels?
Yes. Parts can be added to a wheel order and quoted, packed and shipped together, with export clearance in China, import clearance in your country and tracked delivery. Freight is quoted separately from the product price.
Will the anodized colour of the parts match my wheels exactly?
You can specify the same colour for wheels and parts, but they are finished in separate batches, so an exact match is not guaranteed. If a close match matters, say so in your request and check the finished photos before dispatch.
What is the minimum order and lead time for parts?
Parts are made to your drawings, mainly for brand and OEM programs. Small and one-off orders are considered case by case when drawings are available. MOQ and lead time depend on the part and the process and are confirmed per part in your quote, within 48 working hours once your details are complete.
Do I need drawings to order custom motorcycle parts?
Yes. Every part is made to a drawing. A sample is produced from your drawing first; mass production starts only after you approve the sample. For private-label programs, see OEM & ODM Service.
Can I check the parts before they ship?
Yes. Finished parts are photographed and sent for your approval before dispatch, the same as wheels.
What titanium do you use for bolts and fasteners?
Grade 5 titanium (Ti-6Al-4V), which can be anodized in a range of colours.
