How Fitment Is Guaranteed
One GTS 300 statement set or a dealer volume program, the process is identical:
1. Send your model and year plus target sizes, tires and finish direction. 2. 3D drawing — every interface engineered for your scooter and shown for your sign-off. 3. Production to the approved drawing — typically 25–30 days after approval (new cast molds add about 2 months, including sample approval). 4. Inspection — finished wheels are checked against the approved drawing and photographed for your approval before release. 5. Export packing and customs — export clearance in China and import clearance in your country handled for you. 6. Tracked shipping to your destination.
The risk sits with the process, not with you
Nothing is produced until you approve the 3D drawing. Every custom wheel carries a 3-year structural warranty and a 1-year finish warranty, single sets are welcome before volume, and an NDA is available for program designs.
