Ordering & Quotes
How fast can I get a quote for custom motorcycle wheels?
Once your details are complete, FLEXIMOTO sends a custom quote within 48 working hours. Include your bike brand and model, wheel type, size, finish, quantity, and full delivery address. If anything is missing, we reply with a short checklist of what we still need.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
One set. Forged, laced, cast, and magnesium forged wheels can all be ordered as a single wheelset — so a dealer or custom shop can order one set for a client build, while brands and distributors order at volume.
Who does FLEXIMOTO work with?
FLEXIMOTO is a B2B supplier serving motorcycle brands, dealers, distributors, and custom/tuning shops, plus OEM and private-label clients worldwide.
How does the order process work?
After your quote is confirmed, orders follow a tracked process: 3D drawing for your approval, production, inspection, packing, export and import customs clearance, and shipping — with order tracking provided throughout.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer (T/T) is the standard payment method. For sample orders, PayPal is also accepted, with an additional handling fee. Payment terms for your order are confirmed together with your quote.
Do you offer OEM and private-label service?
Yes. FLEXIMOTO supports OEM and ODM projects, including engraved or laser-etched logos and custom specifications, so you can sell wheels under your own brand. See the OEM & ODM service page, and raise confidentiality (NDA) requirements in your inquiry.
Products & Customization
What wheel types does FLEXIMOTO supply?
Four types: forged wheels for sport and track, cast wheels for OEM-style and volume programs, laced (spoked) wheels for cruisers and adventure bikes, and magnesium forged wheels for racing.
What materials are the wheels made from?
Forged wheels are produced in 6061-T6 aluminum. Cast wheels typically use A356.1 aluminum, magnesium forged wheels typically use AZ80 alloy, and laced wheels typically pair a 7-series aluminum rim with stainless-steel spokes. Final materials are confirmed on each project's approved drawing.
Which motorcycle brands can you build wheels for?
FLEXIMOTO builds wheels for Harley-Davidson, Indian, Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Suzuki, BMW, KTM, Ducati, Triumph and Vespa, plus selected Aprilia, MV Agusta, Benelli, CFMOTO, KOVE, QJMOTO and Peugeot models. Standard sizes for each model are listed on the Shop by Bike pages.
What customization options are available?
You can customize dimensions (diameter and width), finishes including anodizing, spoke designs and lacing patterns, and engraved logos for branding. A spec catalog is available on request so your team can review options before committing.
Can I order wheels for a bike model not listed on the site?
Send the exact brand, model and year with photos of your current wheels. We first confirm whether reliable fitment data is available, then quote. Fitment details are verified before production as part of the 3D drawing approval step.
Do you also supply motorcycle parts?
Yes. Alongside wheels, FLEXIMOTO supplies complete rear shocks and front forks, CNC-machined parts and 6061-T6 swingarms, and grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V) titanium bolts and parts. Parts are made to your drawing, mainly for brands and OEM programs; small orders are considered case by case. A sample comes first, then production, and finished parts are photographed before dispatch.
Shipping & Logistics
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. FLEXIMOTO ships worldwide from Chongqing, China. Export clearance in China and import clearance in your country are both handled as part of the standard order process.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Order tracking is provided, and every order moves through a defined sequence — 3D drawing approval, production, inspection, packing, customs clearance, and shipping — so you know which stage your wheels are in.
How long does production and delivery take?
Production typically takes 25–30 days after you approve the final 3D drawing, and varies with wheel type, customization level, and quantity — each project is confirmed individually. After departure, air freight typically takes 12–15 days and sea freight 28–35 days; your full schedule is confirmed together with your quote.
How is shipping charged?
Freight is quoted separately from the wheels, based on your full delivery address and postcode. Every order is packed in film, foam and export cartons and photographed before pickup, and tracking is provided until delivery. See packaging & shipping for real shipment photos.
Warranty & Quality
Do the wheels come with a warranty?
Yes. Every custom wheel carries a 3-year structural warranty and a 1-year finish (paint/coating) warranty. Damage caused by accidents, improper installation, misuse, or modification is not covered.
Are the wheels inspected before shipping?
Yes. Inspection is a standard stage of every order — finished wheels are checked against the approved drawing and photographed for your approval before packing, customs clearance, and shipment.
Are the wheels certified (JWL, DOT, ISO)?
Certification and test documentation varies by product line and production partner. Finished wheels do not automatically ship with market certificates such as JWL or DOT. If your market or customer requires specific certification, state it in your quote request and we will confirm what is available for your project.
How do I know the wheels will match what I ordered?
Every order starts with a 3D drawing for your approval before production begins, and the approved drawing — dimensions, material, finish — is the reference for what ships. Before shipping, you receive photos of the finished wheels for final approval.
